Scott is an accomplished and self-directed senior sales and marketing executive with well-developed leadership ability and demonstrated talent for aligning corporate vision and goals with organizational strategy. His proven track record of success implementing well defined sales processes and developing a strong sales culture has taken him from one key management role to the next, from New York to Florida, Tennessee to Arizona, and throughout the Midwest. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of Rug Décor Partners in Saint Louis, Missouri, the largest independent rug store chain in the eastern United States. For more than thirty years, Scott has played a pivotal role in creating, organizing, directing, restructuring and revitalizing some of the most recognizable names in both the wholesale and retail rug industry, with diverse organizational structures and revenues ranging as high as several

billion. His entrepreneurial spirit, superior business acumen, and success in developing respected and relevant brands have resulted in improved profitability, increased efficiency, expansion and growth.
In the process, he recognized early the central role that new and emerging technologies have and will continue to play in management, sales, and marketing for both retailers and wholesalers.
Scott holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C., a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and is a Certified Mediator.
