The designer list makes it easy to select a designer at POS and ensure accuracy and proper crediting. Click on the designer to access their individual screen.	Each designer’s individual screen provides all information about that designer, including default commission, contact information and access to sales history, any back orders, current status, activity level and more.

When a designer is designated before beginning of Sale in POS, the default commission assigned to that designer will be displayed, but can be edited if necessary. POS allows assigning a designer to an already created invoice as well if appropriate.	Sales involving a designer allow printing 2 separate copies of the invoice…one for the customer and another for the designer. The Designer copy shows the designer name and the commission percent; the customer invoice does not.

To register a payment owed to a designer, choose “Designer Payment” from the Designer menu in RMPro!ngenuity_™., then filter by Unpaid Commissions only. The screen displays payments to be made. Check the payments you want to make and, click on Create Payment button. Contact us to learn more.	In the payment screen, the total for the unpaid commissions you’ve marked for payment is displayed, and you simply designate how much you want to pay and how you want to pay to finalize the payment.
